Strata Ring

This ring is developed through layering and leveling in wax carving, where the surface is shaped into progressive planes that transition from larger to smaller forms. The stepped structure can follow triangular, angular, or softened geometric paths, creating a sense of movement and hierarchy across the top of the ring.

Each level is intentionally scaled, allowing the design to flow from bold, dominant planes into finer, more delicate ones. The form supports further carving edits, including refining levels, adjusting geometry, or integrating stone settings within or between layers, making it adaptable for both design exploration and customization.
